Claims for goods purchased in Icebug's webshop:
We handle each case individually. You have the right to file a claim for a product with manufacturing and/or material defects or defects that have arisen due to normal use/wear and tear within six months of purchase. If the product has not been handled with care, or an error has occurred due to excessive use/excessive wear, you are not entitled to a claim for the product.
Here is how to file a claim a product purchased through our webshop:
1. Notify your order number
2. Briefly explain how the error/defect occurred
3. Take four to five pictures that complement your written statement. The defect must be clearly visible in at least one of the images. Make sure that the product is photographed both from the front and the back, the soles must also be visible. One picture of the size label.
4. Email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org We recommend the following image format: JPEG, PNG or PDF.
5. We will review your case as soon as possible and contact you within a few days.
