We do not have specific warranty period, but we follow The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) guidelines.
The consumer can claim about defects in the product for up to three years from the time of purchase. The right of complaint is not affected by any warranty. A product may have a one-year warranty, but the consumer still has the right to complain about the product for three years. The consumer must complain within a reasonable time from the time the fault was discovered.
