To change for a new size, you simply place a new order in the Webshop and return the product you do not want. You have 30 days right to cancel, the date is from when you received your order and 30 days after.
If you notify us of the return of a product within 30 days of receiving it, the return should then be shipped within 14 days of this notification. If, however, the return is sent well within the 30 days' right to cancel return period, you don't need to let us know.
To make a return, use the prepaid UPS return shipment label came with your package. You can either drop the return package at your nearest UPS drop-off point, or phone UPS to arrange a collection.
Once received at our warehouse, the return is refunded via the original form of payment within 7 days.
If you are returning an order from USA, you must give 3 completed copies of the Return Customs Invoice to UPS, or the order will get stuck in customs and sent back to you. And we wouldn't want that ❤
3 copies of the Return Customs Invoice are provided to you by Icebug along with your shipment. If for some reason you didn't receive any copies in your shipment, please reach out to our Customer Relations team.
